By accessing and using Web Atul’s website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement:
Once the client confirms a project, an agreement (verbal or written) is considered valid. Advance payment is required to initiate the project.
2. Payments:
50% advance is mandatory before work starts
Remaining balance is due after final approval
No refund for services already delivered
3. Revisions:
Limited to 2–3 rounds depending on package
Major changes after final approval may incur extra charges
4. Content & Ownership:
All website content must be provided by the client
Once payment is complete, ownership is transferred to the client
5. Service Timelines:
Typical delivery time: 5–15 working days depending on project
Delays due to client inaction (like pending content) are not Web Atul’s responsibility
6. Liability:
Web Atul is not liable for any data loss, hacking, or third-party issues after project handover.
7. Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to cooperate, delays payments, or violates our policy.
